We have published our Health Promotion Action: 2023–24 Year in Review, taking a look back at the programs and projects Central Coast Local Health District (CCLHD) teams have worked on over the financial year.
The theme for this year’s review is Preventive health – making healthcare sustainable into the future, looking at the many long-term benefits keeping people healthy can have for our community.
The review showcases examples not just from our team, but other services across CCLHD, including Public Health, Nutrition Services, HIV & Related Programs and Youth Health. It also features many of the community organisations we work with.
The digital version contains many interactive elements littered throughout.
